TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS ADVISES SALESFORCE PLATINUM PARTNER ABSI ON ITS SALE TO PwC
Technology Holdings is pleased to announce the strategic sale of our client ABSI, a Salesforce Platinum Consulting partner to PwC, a global consultancy and technology services firm. Founded in 1995 in Belgium, ABSI is one of the largest independent Salesforce Platinum Consulting partners in Continental Europe.
ABSI is well recognized in Benelux and France for its market-leading capabilities in Salesforce consulting, implementation and IP built on force.com. ABSI was Salesforce’s first certified partner in the Benelux region and has grown into one of the region’s largest IT consultancies dedicated to the Salesforce platform. The acquisition of ABSI further strengthens PwC’s footprint in the Salesforce space following their acquisition of UK based Salesforce specialist, cDecisions in 2017 (for which Technology Holdings acted as the exclusive financial advisor).
