Technology Holdings is pleased to announce that our client Endeavour Software Technologies has been acquired by Genpact. Endeavour is a digital transformation and mobility solutions provider focused on the middle and back office. Genpact is a multinational BPO and IT company. It has more than 70,000 employees worldwide and revenues of over $ 2.3 billion. Technology Holdings was the exclusive advisor on the transaction. Endeavour develops and deploys digital transformation and mobility solutions that encompass strategy assessment and industry-specific accelerators that can be used across key vertical industries including financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and high tech. The acquisition of Endeavour will add to Genpact's Digital capabilities in mobile consulting, architecture and design, implementation, and testing.
