Technology Holdings advises iViZ Security on its acquisition by Cigital Inc.
iViZ is a leading provider of cloud based application security and penetration testing solutions. US based Cigital is the largest consulting firm specializing in application and software security. Technology Holdings was the exclusive advisor on the transaction.
iViZ leverages a cloud based proprietary platform to provide application security testing solutions. Its hybrid model of integrating automatic scanning capabilities with human assisted testing enables high quality results with zero false positives. The transaction allows the companies to combine their highly synergistic offerings of front end consulting and automated testing.
